Veterans Stadium, a relic from the era of dual-use stadiums in the United States, was in service from 1971-2003. It hosted a variety of teams and events for Philadelphia. A parking lot now sits on its former site.
The statue of Connie Mack seen in one of the postcards was first displayed in 1957 and is currently located in Citizens Bank Park.
