NEW YORK, Feb. 10-HOLTZ NAMED JETS COACH-Lou Holtz wastes no time gripping a football after he was named new coach of the New York Jets at a press conference in New York Tuesday. Holtz of North Carolina State received a five-year contract to turn around the stumbling National Football League club.
