McNichols Sports Arena (also known as Big Mac) was an indoor arena located in Denver, Colorado, adjacent to Mile High Stadium. It was home to a number of teams between the time it opened and was closed in 1999, most notably the ABA/NBA's Denver Nuggets and NHL's Colorado Avalanche.

The arena was named after Denver mayor William H. McNichols, Jr., who served from 1968 to 1983. The first event hosted there was a sold-out Lawrence Welk concert. The final pro sports contest hosted in the arena was a Colorado Avalanche playoff game on June 1, 1999. McNichols closed the following September after the Nuggets and Avalanche moved to the Pepsi Center and was demolished in 2000 to make space for a parking lot surrounding Mile High.
