The Cotton Bowl is an outdoor stadium in Dallas, Texas. Opened in 1930 as "Fair Park Stadium," it is on the site of the State Fair of Texas. It was the site of college football's Cotton Bowl Classic game from 1937-2009 and still hosts the annual Red River Showdown game between the Texas Longhorns and Oklahoma Sooners.
