Last December I shared an outstanding program from the long-defunct Continental Football League, and today I’m bringing another one to you. This is from a game between the Omaha Mustangs and Arkansas Diamonds, played on October 4, 1969 at Johnny Rosenblatt Stadium in Omaha, Nebraska.
What I love about this is the abundance of those great old CFL logos, and how the league logo is shown so prominently.
The Mustangs and Diamonds both entered the CFL in 1968 and lasted until the league folded the following year.
