Charles LeRoy McGill (born Dec. 25, 1923) produced sports cartoons for The Record of Hackensack, New Jersey, for more than four decades. He is most known for his Athlete of the Week feature for the paper.

His output of daily sports cartoons exceeded 4,000 and his total drawings reached more than 5,600 when he retired December 31, 1992. After his official retirement, he continued to draw the two weekly high school athlete panels.
